Popularity is Overrated

If you were like me when you where young you might have watched a lot of TV. Well what i got out of watching so much TV is a pre-conceived notion of my future to come, including how high school might be like. I usually thought high school was going to be this place were me along with all the other popular kids would run the school like we were the shit. That to every party i went it would be a house party in a two story house where people just hung out and drank and did things in bedrooms (if you catch my drift). That along with being smart i might be a jock that was known by a lot of my peers. Well it didn't really pan out that way..  thank god. High school is never going to be what you might have thought it would once you finished junior high. But that is what high school is completely for. After being there for almost 4 years now i know that to grow as an individual you must want to be different in order to mature and later interact in everyday society, like when you go to college. But what came out of not being popular is this great set of friends. Many of whom are nerds. Many of whom are just plain funny. Manny of whom are just a blast to hang around. And because we are not set to that boundary of being popular we always do what we want and forget that rest because we have a blast. Like two Saturday's ago.. me, Frank and Hillary were not really planning on going to Crystal's little kickback, but we did end up going. The fun times and laughs we had were so enjoyable that i don't picture myself spending the rest of my senior year with anyone else but this group of people. And even though its almost over you have to love the fact that we are having a way better time now then we did years before. So soak it up because many of us wont ever see each other ever again in a couple of months. And to Frank and Hillary.. the drive home from Crystal's was awesome. I would not trade that for anything in the world. So here is some pics of that night.
