Randy Says Goodbye

At age 46 one of Baseballs greatest left handed pitchers decided to retire Tuesday. Not surprisingly after 22 seasons playing in the Major Leagues the game has taken his tole on Randy Johnson. This is the primary reason he chose to retire, but not without leaving behind a very impressive career.
They called him the second coming of Nolan Ryan, well i guess you could say he was. Randy Johnson first stepped on a Major League pitching mound while with the Huston Astros in 1987. After making a name for himself in Seattle he came to the Arizona Diamond Backs where he really solidified his hall of fame career. While in Arizona he was one of the major influences in them winning the World Series. He ended his pitching days with the San Francisco Giants last season, but not before hitting 300 career wins. Randy Johnson always struck fear into his hitters, but now his un-hittable slider will not be thrown anymore. Randy Johnson we thank you.
